What cards does PWE TCG accept?
PWE TCG currently accepts Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards through
our bulk submission tool.
We accept sorted bulk, select hit cards, code cards, energy
cards, and unsorted Pokémon/Yu-Gi-Oh bulk based on the categories listed in the
calculator.
We may decline submissions depending on condition, volume,
card type, or current buying needs.
Are the calculator prices guaranteed?
No. The calculator provides an estimated payout based on the
quantities and categories entered by the seller.
Final payout is confirmed only after PWE TCG receives and
reviews the cards. Cards must be authentic, correctly sorted, and in acceptable
condition.
What condition cards do you accept?
PWE TCG accepts Near Mint and Lightly Played
cards at the full listed payout rates.
Cards that are Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged,
wet, fake, bent, altered, unsellable, or incorrectly sorted may receive
deductions from the total payout or may be rejected.
What happens if my cards are not Near Mint or Lightly
Played?
Cards that do not meet the condition requirement may receive
deductions from the total payout.
Deductions may apply if cards are:
- Moderately Played
- Heavily Played
- Damaged
- Smell
- Wet or moisture-damaged
- Bent or creased
- Fake or proxy cards
- Altered cards
- Unsellable cards
- Incorrectly sorted cards
- Cards submitted in the wrong category
PWE TCG will review the submission and determine any
deductions after inspection.
How are Deductions Calculated?

PWE TCG reserves the right to determine final condition,
category, count, and payout after inspection

What cards are rejected automatically?
PWE TCG may reject cards that are fake, counterfeit, proxy,
wet, moldy, heavily damaged, severely bent, altered, or otherwise unsellable.
Rejected cards may receive no payout value.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility.
PWE TCG is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or
misdelivered packages. We recommend packing cards securely and using tracking
for submissions.
How should I pack and ship my cards? Where do I ship them
to?
Please pack your cards clearly and safely in a single
package. Multiple packages will delay your payout speed.
Cards should be packed in the same order as your submission
whenever possible. Use secure packing materials so the cards do not shift,
bend, or get damaged in transit.
Fill in any empty spaces in boxes with bubble wrap, packing
paper, or packing peanuts to avoid dead space.
Recommended packing methods include team bags, card boxes,
bubble mailers, cardboard protection, or properly secured shipping boxes. Do
not use rubber bands around cards. Rubber bands can damage cards and may result
in condition deductions.
Do not ship loose cards in envelopes without protection.
Include your name and Buylist ID number inside your package.
Please be sure to always write the Buylist ID number on the label as seen in
the example below.

We strongly recommend you choose a shipping method that
includes both delivery confirmation and insurance. PWE TCG is not responsible
for lost or damaged packages.
Do I need to sort my cards?
Sorted submissions are preferred.
Please separate cards by the categories listed in the
calculator, such as commons/uncommons, rares, holos, ultra rares, code cards,
energy, and unsorted bulk.
If cards are not sorted correctly, deductions may apply
because of the extra review and sorting time required.
Do you accept unsorted bulk?
Yes. PWE TCG accepts unsorted Pokémon/Yu-Gi-Oh bulk at the
listed unsorted bulk rate.
Unsorted bulk is paid at a lower rate because it requires
additional sorting and processing.
Do you accept basic energy cards?
Yes. Basic energy cards are accepted at the listed energy
bulk rate.
Energy cards must be entered under the correct calculator
category.
Do you accept code cards?
Yes. Pokémon code cards are accepted at the listed code card
rate.
Code cards must be unused. Used or redeemed code cards may
be rejected.
Do you accept Japanese cards?
Japanese cards may be accepted only if they fit the listed
categories or are approved during review.
If you are submitting a large amount of Japanese cards,
please include photos and notes in your submission.
Do you accept sealed products, binders, slabs, or full
collections?
The bulk submission tool is mainly for bulk cards and
fixed-rate categories.
If your submission includes sealed products, binders, slabs,
or a larger collection, please include photos and notes in the submission form.
PWE TCG may review those items separately.
How does store credit work?
PWE TCG store credit pays more than cash and can be used
toward eligible products through PWE TCG.
Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for
cash, and can only be used through PWE TCG. It will be issued in the form of a
Gift Card for the website.
How long does payout take?
Payout time depends on the size of the submission, current
processing volume, and how accurately the cards were sorted.
PWE TCG will review the submission after it is received and
follow up once the review is complete.
Please expect sorting times anywhere from 7 – 14 business
days after we have confirmed we have received your package.
Can I have my payout prior to sending?
No, we only will pay on submissions we have received and
processed.
Can my payout change after inspection?
Yes. The estimated payout may change after inspection.
Payouts may be adjusted if cards are missing, incorrectly
counted, incorrectly sorted, not authentic, or not in acceptable condition.
What happens after I submit the form?
After you submit the form, PWE TCG will review your
submission and follow up with next steps.
Do not ship cards until your submission has been reviewed
and you have received instructions from PWE TCG.
Can PWE TCG decline my submission?
Yes. PWE TCG may decline submissions depending on condition,
volume, card type, current buying needs, or other business factors.
Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance.
Can I Have My Submission Back?
Once a submission has been received and processing has
started, accepted cards will not be returned.
By submitting cards to PWE TCG, you agree that the final
payout may be adjusted based on inspection, condition, authenticity, sorting
accuracy, and verified count.
If inspection would reduce the total estimated payout by 75%
or more, PWE TCG may contact the seller before completing the payout.
Rejected cards may be returned only if PWE TCG offers a
return option and the seller pays return shipping by e-transfer before the
return is shipped.
Fake, proxy, counterfeit, wet, moldy, contaminated, altered,
or severely damaged cards may be destroyed or disposed of to protect the
integrity of the card market and PWE TCG inventory.
If a return option is offered, the seller will receive an
email with the return shipping quote, items eligible for return, and the reason
for rejection. The seller has 14 business days to respond and pay return
shipping. If the seller does not respond within 14 business days, the cards are
considered forfeited.
What if my count is wrong?
If the submitted quantity does not match the cards received,
PWE TCG will adjust the payout based on the verified count.
Please count carefully before submitting.
What if I submit cards in the wrong category?
Cards submitted in the wrong category may be moved to the
correct category during review.
This may increase or decrease the final payout depending on
the correct category and condition.
Will rejected cards be returned?
Rejected cards may be returned only if return shipping is
arranged and paid by the seller.
If return shipping is not arranged, PWE TCG may dispose of
or donate rejected unsellable cards. See “Can I Have My Submission Back?” for
more information.
Do I need to include photos?
Photos are recommended for binders, hit cards, sealed items,
larger submissions, or anything that may need review before sending.
