There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout for mystery box subscription orders unless otherwise stated. The subscription price shown includes the cost of the monthly box, packaging, handling, and standard shipping.
Mystery boxes are shipped once per monthly fulfillment cycle. Shipping timelines may vary depending on billing date, product availability, distributor delays, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or order volume.
Once your mystery box has been packed and shipped, tracking information may be provided when available. Delivery times may vary by location.
Shipping is included for eligible subscription orders only. Additional non-subscription items purchased separately may be subject to separate shipping charges at checkout.
PWE TCG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or failed delivery attempts. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before your subscription renews.

What condition are loose cards or bulk cards in?
Unless stated otherwise, loose cards and bulk card bundles are intended to be in Near Mint to Lightly Played condition. We do not intentionally include fake, damaged, wet, bent, or heavily played cards.
Can mystery box contents change?
Yes. Contents may change based on inventory, distributor supply, new releases, allocations, product delays, or availability. PWE TCG may substitute items when needed.
What happens if a product is delayed or unavailable?
