📦 Preorder & Order on Demand Items — How It Works

Some items in our store are listed as Preorder / Order on Demand. These products are not held in inventory at the time of purchase and are ordered directly from our authorized Pokémon TCG distributor after your payment is received.

This model allows us to:

  • Secure authentic product through official distribution
  • Offer fair pricing on hard-to-find items
  • Avoid artificial markups caused by speculation or scalping
  • For transparency, we make 10% on the listed price for all items in the Order on Demand Section.
  • Please note: Distribution Inventory Changes Daily, we will message you if your item is out of stock at this time after you place an order and process your refund accordingly. 
  • Refund options include the following: Original Purchase Method or Store Credit

 

🕒 Shipping Timeline

  • Orders ship within 15-20 business days from the date of purchase
  • This timeline includes distributor processing + inbound shipping to us.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking automatically
  • If you need an item urgently, please purchase from our In-Stock section instead.

 

💳 Payment & Order Processing

  • Payment is required upfront to reserve your allocation
  • Orders are placed with our distributor shortly after checkout
  • Quantities are limited to ensure reliable fulfilment

 

Because these items are ordered specifically for you:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after processing
  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed
  • Order on Demand items cannot be combined with in-stock items in the same order.

  • Flat-rate shipping is charged at checkout to ensure predictable delivery
  • We do not offer free shipping on preorder/ order on demand items
