We Offer Two Ways to Sell/ Trade Your Cards

  • Bulk Submission

NOTE: DO NOT SUBMIT BUYLIST OR BULK SUBMISSIONS UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT SELLING AND SENDING US YOUR CARDS. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AT ANY POINT DURING THE PROCESS.

 

Buy list (Processing Time: up to 30 business days)

These are the specific cards we are looking for. Pay out is dependent on stated condition and condition inspection.

Condition Guide: Please refer to our Condition Guide to accurately assess the condition of the cards you are sending in. Providing an accurate description of your card's conditions ensures a smooth and quick evaluation process.

We reserve the right to adjust any amounts if the cards are not submitted in the stated condition.

 

Process & Rules:

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SHIP YOUR CARDS BEFORE YOUR BUYLIST IS APPROVED!

  • You will receive an email once your buy list has been approved. This can take up to 1-5 business days.  Please make a note of your buy list ID number to reference any issues or communications once approved.
  • You must agree to the submission rules and regulations by clicking the check box when submitting a buy list form.
  • You must select whether you prefer a cash payout or store credit when submitting the form. See payout section for further details.
  • All cards must be sleeved and protected against shipping damage while in transit.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. Successful shipments will receive a 50% reimbursement for the shipping label cost. These shipments must include tracking. This will be invoiced on their buy list submission once all sorting and conditioning has been completed.
  • All cards must be sorted in the order that they appear on in the buy list. Any additional sorting will incur a deduction of $0.10/per card multiplied by the total number of unsorted cards in the buy list. (ex. 50 cards in buy list, 10 Cards are unsorted or out of place. 10 unsorted cards x 0.10= -$1.00 from pay out total).
  • Any taxes, import fees, duties, tariffs, customs fees, etc., will be deducted from the total of your buy list. Please ensure that you have prepaid for those prior to shipping out your cards.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your package has arrived. Please allow for up to 30 business days turn around time to complete your order check. You will be notified via email once the check has been completed.
  • You will receive a copy of the buy list and any changes we made to conditioning and pricing based on our check.
  • Please return a signed and dated copy of the buy list sheet via return email. Payments will be processed up to 3 to 5 business days after we have confirmed that we have received your signed buy list document.

 

Bulk Submission (up to 90 business days)

 

We accept all bulk submissions. Please refer to our bulk submission card guidelines and rates for more information. Click Here for your convenience.

We charge a flat fee of $5 for unsorted bulk submissions off of the total of your payout for the time it takes to sort the cards and check conditions.

  • All cards must be protected against shipping damage while in transit. Cards DO NOT need to be sleeved.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. Successful shipments will receive a 20% reimbursement for the shipping label cost if the label is tracked. Please include a printed copy of the invoice or receipt in your shipping box. Untracked orders will NOT receive a shipping reimbursement.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your package has arrived. Please allow for up to 90 business days turn around time to complete your order check. You will be notified via email once the check has been completed.
  • You will receive a copy of the bulk submission list and any changes we made to conditioning and pricing based on our check.
  • Please return a signed and dated copy of the bulk submission sheet via return email. Payments will be processed up to 3 to 5 business days after we have confirmed that we have received your signed bulk submission document.

 

Shipping

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties, tariffs, etc.
  • Any taxes, import fees, duties, tariffs, customs fees, etc., will be deducted from the total of your buy list. Please ensure that you have prepaid for those prior to shipping out your cards.
  • Successful shipments that include tracking will receive a 50% reimbursement for buy list cards and a 20% reimbursement for bulk submission cards. These will be invoiced on your form that you must review and return to us signed and dated.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the cards are well protected during shipping as shipping can cause damage to the cards if not done properly. This will affect the total payout you can receive if the cards arrive in a different condition other than stated.

 

Pay Outs

 

We Offer Payouts in two ways:

  • Cash via EMT or Paypal transfer
  • Store Credit

 

Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) or PayPal Transfer

  • EMT/ E-Transfer is available only to Canadian Residents.
  • Please ensure you provide your proper email in the submission form that you use for EMT/E-Transfers.
  • Please ensure you indicate whether you have direct deposit enabled on your account in the submission form.
  • If you do not have direct deposit enabled, your password for the transfer will be your unique buy list or bulk submission number + Your first and last name (ex. ID15AS511G Dave Smith)
  • Passwords are case sensitive. Please ensure to check spelling when submitting them.

Paypal Tansfer

  • Please ensure you indicate your proper PayPal address on your submission form
  • Paypal Goods and Services only.
  • Your Payout will have the fees covered by our end to ensure you receive the proper amount.

 

Payout Times

 

  • Buy list – 3 to 5 business days after you have returned the signed buy list form to us.
  • Bulk Submission – 3 to 5 business days after you have returned the signed buy list form to us.

 

Payout Currency:

  • All payouts will be in Canadian Dollars ($CAD)

 

Definitions:

  • Business Day- any day except a legal holiday, and weekends. Typically, Monday to Friday. Holidays will be defined based on the recognized holidays in the Canadian Federal Calendar and the Alberta Provincial Calendar.
